On February 28, 2014, my life changed completely! I had a stroke, heart attack, and a quadruple bypass open-heart bypass surgery within a span of several weeks that changed the trajectory of my life!

At Heart Sistas our mission is to inspire a healthy living in every home! We are driven by a core belief that in every home we will strive to empower everyone on how to live a healthier lifestyle by providing information and resources to modify their eating habits into a much healthier life style without losing their authenticity.
In order to live a higher quality of life, maintaining optimal wellness is key. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in your life, you must achieve optimal wellness.
To achieve optimal wellness, one must apply a healthy balance towards every possible endeavor. You can apply a wellness approach towards your environment, community, career, belief systems, physical activities, self care, healthy eating, self esteem, and creative activities. Applying wellness in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and live with passion and purpose.
